If you are a doctor or clinic using Zoom Doctor, you agree:

• To comply with local medical registration laws
• Not to publish misleading claims or unproven therapies
• To maintain ethical practices as per the Medical Council Regulations
• To not exploit patients, financially or medically

We may verify credentials through public registries or third-party verification providers.

When you book an appointment using Zoom Doctor:

• You authorize us to share necessary data with the doctor/clinic
• You understand that booking is subject to provider availability
• You agree that delays, cancellations, rescheduling are outside our control
• You acknowledge that treatment decisions are solely between you and the doctor/clinic

Zoom Doctor only assists in connecting you with medical professionals.

Payments made through Zoom Doctor (consultation fees, booking fees, service charges) are processed via secure third-party payment processors. You agree that:

• We do not store your card or bank details
• Transactions completed are final unless the provider initiates a refund
• Any dispute regarding payment must be resolved with the clinic/doctor or payment processor

We are not liable for payment delays due to banks, gateways, or providers.

Your use of Zoom Doctor is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to:

• Collection & processing of personal data
• Accessing certain User Data to improve user experience
• Sharing limited data with trusted third-party service providers
• Use of cookies, analytics tools & SDKs
• Use of data for appointment facilitation and communication

We do not control or endorse third-party content. Your interactions with them are governed by their own policies. We are not responsible for:

• Unavailability or Errors caused by third-party services.

You must not:

• Use the App for illegal purposes
• Share harmful or abusive content
• Attempt unauthorized access to servers
• Duplicate or scrape profile data
• Harass or threaten providers or users
• Upload viruses, scripts, or malicious code
• Exploit the App commercially without permission

Violation may result in suspension or permanent ban.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Zoom Doctor is not liable for medical outcomes, doctor mistakes, negligence, or malpractice
• Zoom Doctor is not liable for appointment cancellations, delays, or unavailability

Your use of the App is at your own risk.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Zoom Doctor harmless against any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses resulting from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Incorrect information submitted by you
• Harm, injury, or loss related to your interactions with doctors/clinics
• Illegal acts or misuse of the App

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Provide false or harmful information
• Misuse, attack, or abuse the App
• Engage in activities harmful to users, clinics, or our company
• Pose legal or security risks

You may cease using the App at any time. We may retain certain data as required by law even after termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, unless otherwise required by local jurisdiction laws. Dispute Resolution Mechanism:

• Internal Resolution: Contact our support team first
• Mediation/Arbitration: If unresolved, disputes may be referred to arbitration under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996
• Jurisdiction: Courts located in Gujarat, Ahmedabad will have exclusive jurisdiction

If any part of these Terms is found unlawful, void, or unenforceable, the remaining sections continue in full effect.
